Educational Loans
The Frank & Edith Catt Educational Loan was established by the Will of Ms. Edith Catt in 1994 to provide financial assistance for residents of Jersey County, Illinois after completion of their high school or secondary education.
Applications are available from the Trust Department at Jersey State Bank.
The deadline for submission of new and renewal applications is August 1st for the fall semester and January 1st for the spring semester.
