Deposit Operations Specialist I
Jersey State Bank | Jerseyville, IL

Jersey State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Deposit Operations Specialist I to support electronic banking services and deposit operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Zelle
  • Assist customers with electronic banking questions and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with customers regarding suspected debit card fraud
  • Review and approve mobile and merchant deposits
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Banking, deposit operations, or financial services experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Vacation, PTO, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, 401(k) with Employer Match, and Profit Sharing.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturdays, 7:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
